How can I be convicted of fraud when the Court said I did not committ fraud?
There is not one single piece of evidence to support the convictions.
The entire case, manufactured by Brian J. Samuels and the DOJ is false and full of errors.
In fact, there are many pieces of evidence (In the Presentation and Evidence Locker) that support my innocence and were purposely ignored to support their lies and convoluted stories.

Ken Spirito was charged, prosecuted, and convicted of Federal crimes he did not factually commit. Yet, through misunderstandings of the airport profession and many errors, Ken became a victim of the judicial system.
