There is not one single piece of evidence to support my convictions. This entire case manufactured by the DOJ is false and full of errors. In fact, there are many pieces of evidence that support my innocence and were ignored purposely.

Ken Spirito was charged, prosecuted, and convicted of Federal crimes he did not factually commit. Yet, through misunderstandings of the airport profession and many errors, Ken became a victim of a judicial system that worked against him. The facts are irrefutable and clearly show Ken is innocent of all the crimes he has been convicted of.
